Umrah Packages from the UK
Our all-inclusive Umrah packages take care of everything for pilgrims travelling from the UK — return flights, your Umrah visa, hand-picked hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and airport transfers — so you can focus on your worship and spiritual journey rather than the arrangements. Whether you are planning a first pilgrimage or returning to the Haram, we make the journey simple from the moment you enquire to your return home.
Choose from 7, 10 and 14-night itineraries across 3, 4 and 5-star hotels, and browse by season, month or departure city to find the option that fits your dates and budget. Every package is flight-inclusive and can be tailored to you, whether you are travelling solo, as a couple, with family or in a group.
What's included in our all-inclusive Umrah packages
- Return flight tickets from your chosen UK airport
- Umrah visa processing (we are an authorised visa-issuing agent)
- Hand-picked hotels in both Makkah and Madinah
- Airport transfers and intercity transport between the two cities
- Guided ziyarah of the holy sites on selected packages
Optional extras such as meal plans and travel insurance can be added on request. Exact inclusions vary by package, so check each package page for the full details before you book.
Choosing the right hotel and star rating
The star rating you choose mainly affects comfort and how close you stay to the Haram. Our 3-star packages offer excellent value with clean, comfortable hotels a short walk or complimentary shuttle from Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi. 4-star hotels add extra comfort and convenience, while 5-star places you in premium accommodation often just a few minutes' walk from the Haram and the holy mosques.
Each package also splits your stay between the two cities — for example four nights in Makkah and three in Madinah on a 7-night trip. Longer 10 and 14-night stays give you more time for worship and ziyarah in each city, while a shorter trip suits a focused, budget-friendly Umrah. Tell us your priorities and we will match you to the right hotels.
Departure airports and flights
We arrange departures from major UK airports including London Heathrow and Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow and Bristol. Depending on your dates you can fly direct to Jeddah or Madinah, or choose a slightly cheaper one-stop route with carriers such as Saudia, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad and Turkish Airlines.
Your choice of airport can affect the price, so if your dates are flexible it is worth comparing a nearby regional airport against a London departure. Flights from the UK to Saudi Arabia take roughly six to seven hours direct, and Saudi Arabia is two hours ahead of UK time.
The best time to go — and the cheapest months
Umrah can be performed all year round. The most affordable fares are usually outside the peak periods — the weeks after Ramadan and the autumn and winter months tend to offer the cheapest Umrah packages, while Ramadan, the school holidays and the period around Hajj are the busiest and most expensive.
Booking early gives you the widest choice of hotels near the Haram and the best prices, though occasional last-minute deals do come up. Travelling on a quad or triple-sharing basis also brings the per-person cost down considerably, which is ideal for families and groups. Browse our Umrah packages for 2026 by month to see live pricing for your preferred travel dates.
Guided ziyarah and the holy sites
On selected packages we include guided ziyarah — visits to the historic Islamic sites around the two holy cities. In Makkah these can include Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, Mina, Arafat and Masjid Aisha. In Madinah, ziyarah typically takes in Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, the martyrs of Uhud and the Jannat al-Baqi cemetery.
A knowledgeable guide brings these places to life and helps you make the most of your time. If ziyarah matters to you, let us know and we will recommend a package that includes it.
Tailor-made Umrah packages
No two pilgrims travel the same way, so every package can be customised. Adjust the hotels and star rating, change the number of nights in Makkah and Madinah, choose your room type and select your departure airport and dates. We arrange packages for families, groups, couples and solo travellers, including group travel for women.
Flexible payment is available with a low deposit to secure your place and the balance spread before you travel. Share your preferences and our UK-based team will build a personalised itinerary and send a clear, no-obligation quote.
Why book with Umrah Mubarak
We are a UK-based travel company (Times Travel Ltd) operating under ATOL 74904, so the flight-inclusive elements of your package are financially protected. As an authorised visa-issuing agent working with approved agents and providers under the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, we handle the paperwork so you do not have to.
You will find transparent pricing with no hidden charges, hand-picked hotels close to the Haram, and a knowledgeable team on hand seven days a week before and during your journey. We have helped Muslims and believers across the UK complete their Umrah journeys with comfort, care and complete peace of mind.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a UK Umrah package?expand_more
Most all-inclusive packages include return flights from the UK, Umrah visa processing, hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, and airport and intercity transfers, with guided ziyarah on selected packages. The exact inclusions are listed on each package page.
How much does an Umrah package cost from the UK?expand_more
Prices depend on the season, hotel standard, number of nights and how many people share a room. Off-peak 3-star packages on a sharing basis are the most affordable, while peak periods such as Ramadan and 5-star hotels cost more. See each package for its current from-price per person.
What is the cheapest month for Umrah?expand_more
The cheapest Umrah is usually outside the busy periods — the weeks after Ramadan and the quieter autumn and winter months tend to offer the lowest fares and hotel rates. Ramadan, school holidays and the time around Hajj are the most expensive.
What is the cheapest way to do Umrah?expand_more
Travelling outside peak season, choosing a 3-star package, sharing a room on a quad or triple basis and booking early all help keep the cost down. Tell us your budget and we will find the best-value option for your dates.
Is 2 Umrah equal to Hajj?expand_more
No. Two Umrahs do not equal Hajj, and Umrah does not replace the obligation of Hajj for those able to perform it. However, the Prophet ﷺ said that performing Umrah in Ramadan is equal in reward to Hajj, which is why Ramadan is such a blessed time to travel.
Can I hire a guide for Umrah?expand_more
Yes. Many of our packages include a guide or guided ziyarah, and we can arrange dedicated guidance on request — particularly helpful for first-time pilgrims who want support performing the rites correctly.
How many nights should I spend in Makkah and Madinah?expand_more
Our packages typically split the stay between both cities — for example four nights in Makkah and three in Madinah on a 7-night trip. You can adjust the split to suit you when you enquire.
Which UK airports can I depart from?expand_more
We offer departures from major UK airports including London Heathrow and Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow and Bristol, with direct and one-stop options depending on your travel dates.
Can I customise my Umrah package?expand_more
Yes. You can change the hotels, adjust the number of nights, choose your room type and pick your departure airport and date. Just let us know and we will tailor a package for you, including family, group and women-only group travel.
Is a mahram required for women to perform Umrah?expand_more
Saudi rules now allow women aged 18 and over to perform Umrah without a male mahram, including as part of an organised group. We can arrange group travel for women travelling without a mahram.
Do I need vaccinations for Umrah?expand_more
Saudi Arabia requires proof of a meningococcal ACWY vaccination for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims. We will confirm the current health requirements when you book so you can prepare in good time.
How far is Madinah from Makkah?expand_more
The two cities are around 450 km apart. The journey takes roughly four to five hours by road, or about two and a half hours on the Haramain high-speed train. Intercity transport between the cities is arranged as part of your package.
How much time do I need to perform Umrah?expand_more
The Umrah rites themselves take only a few hours, but most pilgrims travel for 7 to 14 nights to allow time for worship in both Makkah and Madinah, ziyarah and rest. Choose the duration that suits your time and budget.
Are your Umrah packages financially protected?expand_more
Yes — our flight-inclusive packages are operated by Times Travel Ltd under ATOL 74904, giving you financial protection for the flight-inclusive elements of your trip.
Do you help with the Umrah visa?expand_more
Yes. As an authorised visa-issuing agent we handle your Umrah visa as part of the package. You will generally need a passport valid for at least six months and recent photographs.
