Brilliant from start to finish

We chose the 12-night 4-star Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The 12 days flew by — hotel check-in was responsive, the Pullman ZamZam location was ideal for Umrah rites, and the team kept us updated throughout. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the location made up for it. Performed our Umrah in 2024 and would book again.

Smooth and well organised

Alhamdulillah, the 12-night 4-star Umrah package was perfectly arranged. We made the most of every one of the 12 days. Qatar Airways flights, the ground team and the hotels close to the Clock Tower all exceeded expectations. Could not have asked for better. Performed our Umrah in 2020 and would book again.

Stress-free pilgrimage

May Allah reward the whole team. We booked the 12-night 4-star Umrah package and stayed at Hilton Makkah in Makkah and Shaza Regency in Madinah. The full 12 days were well planned, and the stay near the Grand Mosque was the highlight. Hotel check-in was handled professionally from the UK. We travelled in 2018 and it remains a cherished memory.
