We chose the 10-night 5-star Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The full 10 days were well planned — the visa process was responsive, the Makkah Clock Royal Tower location was ideal for Talbiyah, and the team kept us updated throughout. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the location made up for it. We travelled in 2025 and it remains a cherished memory.
