The full 7 days were well planned — customer support was responsive, the Le Meridien Makkah location was ideal for Talbiyah, and the team kept us updated throughout. We travelled in 2025 and it remains a cherished memory.

Professional team

Everything was handled with care. The 7-night 5-star umrah package was great value. The 7 days flew by, the hotel Dallah Taibah was walking distance to Riyadul Jannah, and the stay near Safa and Marwa felt peaceful. Will travel with them again, InshaAllah. The transfer wait at the airport was a little long, but everything else was excellent. We travelled in 2025 and it remains a cherished memory.

Excellent service

We chose the 7-night 5-star Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. We made the most of every one of the 7 days — the ground team was responsive, the Le Meridien Makkah location was ideal for Umrah rites, and the team kept us updated throughout. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the location made up for it. Performed our Umrah in 2024 and would book again.

Great value package

Alhamdulillah, the 7-night 5-star Umrah package was perfectly arranged.
