We chose the 10-night 4-star December Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The 10 days flew by — the guide was responsive, the Swissotel Al Maqam location was ideal for Umrah rites, and the team kept us updated throughout. We travelled in 2025 and it remains a cherished memory.

Professional team

We chose the 10-night 4-star December Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The full 10 days were well planned — customer support was responsive, the Le Meridien Makkah location was ideal for Ihram, and the team kept us updated throughout. Communication was good though we'd have liked earlier flight confirmation. Still a great experience. Back in 2025 this was exactly what our family needed.

Alhamdulillah, the 10-night 4-star December Umrah package was perfectly arranged. We made the most of every one of the 10 days.
