Professional team

We chose the 10-night 4-star December Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The 10 days flew by — the ground team was responsive, the Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency location was ideal for Umrah rites, and the team kept us updated throughout. Back in 2024 this was exactly what our family needed.

Excellent service

Alhamdulillah, the 10-night 4-star December Umrah package was perfectly arranged. The full 10 days were well planned. Saudia flights, the guide and the hotels close to the Haram all exceeded expectations. Could not have asked for better. Communication was good though we'd have liked earlier flight confirmation. Still a great experience. Our 2024 trip went without a hitch, masha'Allah.

Alhamdulillah, the 10-night 4-star December Umrah package was perfectly arranged. All 10 days were peaceful. flydubai flights, the ground team and the hotels close to the Grand Mosque all exceeded expectations. JazakAllah khair to the team. Communication was good though we'd have liked earlier flight confirmation. Still a great experience. Back in 2022 this was exactly what our family needed.
