We chose the 7-night 3-star Economy Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. All 7 days were peaceful — airport transfers was responsive, the Pullman ZamZam location was ideal for Sa'i, and the team kept us updated throughout. We travelled in 2024 and it remains a cherished memory.

Will book again InshaAllah

We chose the 7-night 3-star Economy Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The full 7 days were well planned — the guide was responsive, the Makkah Clock Royal Tower location was ideal for drinking Zamzam water, and the team kept us updated throughout. The transfer wait at the airport was a little long, but everything else was excellent. Our 2024 trip went without a hitch, masha'Allah.

We chose the 7-night 3-star Economy Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The 7 days flew by — airport transfers was responsive, the Makkah Clock Royal Tower location was ideal for Ziyarah, and the team kept us updated throughout. Communication was good though we'd have liked earlier flight confirmation. Still a great experience. Our 2022 trip went without a hitch, masha'Allah.

Peaceful and easy

Exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We booked the 7-night 3-star Economy Umrah package and stayed at Makkah Clock Royal Tower in Makkah and Le Meridien Madinah in Madinah. The 7 days flew by, and sitting in Masjid an-Nabawi was the highlight. Airport transfers was handled professionally from the UK. Back in 2022 this was exactly what our family needed.

Great value package

Alhamdulillah, the 7-night 3-star Economy Umrah package was perfectly arranged. The full 7 days were well planned. Turkish Airlines flights, hotel check-in and the hotels close to Mataaf all exceeded expectations. Alhamdulillah, a truly blessed journey. We travelled in 2019 and it remains a cherished memory.
