Stress-free pilgrimage

We chose the 12-night 3-star Easter Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. The full 12 days were well planned — the ground team was responsive, the Conrad Makkah location was ideal for Tawaf, and the team kept us updated throughout. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the location made up for it. 2024 was the perfect time to go, alhamdulillah.

Smooth and well organised

Alhamdulillah, the 12-night 3-star Easter Umrah package was perfectly arranged. The 12 days flew by. Etihad flights, the visa process and the hotels close to Mataaf all exceeded expectations. A smooth and well-organised trip. Back in 2024 this was exactly what our family needed.

Excellent service

JazakAllah khair to the team. We booked the 12-night 3-star Easter Umrah package and stayed at Conrad Makkah in Makkah and Dallah Taibah in Madinah. All 12 days were peaceful, and the stay near the Clock Tower was the highlight. The guide was handled professionally from the UK. 2024 was the perfect time to go, alhamdulillah.

Great value package

We chose the 12-night 3-star Easter Umrah package for our family and it was well organised. All 12 days were peaceful — the guide was responsive, the Makkah Clock Royal Tower location was ideal for Ziyarah, and the team kept us updated throughout. Communication was good though we'd have liked earlier flight confirmation. Still a great experience. Our 2021 trip went without a hitch, masha'Allah.
