Terms and Conditions

These booking terms and conditions outline the obligations between you (the customer) and Times Travel Ltd. (Reg No. 01813409) T/A Umrah Mubarak. By making a booking, you enter into a legally binding contract with us, subject to English Law and Jurisdiction.

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only when we issue a Confirmation Invoice after receiving a completed Booking Form and the required deposit.
  • Any payment made to a travel agent is held as an agent for Times Travel Ltd. until the booking is confirmed.

Changes to Your Booking

  • We reserve the right to modify pilgrimage arrangements if necessary.
  • Minor changes will be communicated when possible, and in the event of major changes before departure, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Our Responsibility

  • We ensure that all suppliers providing services meet an acceptable standard.
  • We are not liable for delays, visa denials by the Saudi Embassy or Hajj Ministry, industrial action, or any events beyond our control.
  • Liability for negligence applies only to our employees and agents acting within their roles.

Flight Delays & Cancellations

  • We do not accept liability for any flight delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, air traffic control, industrial action, or other external factors.
  • In certain cases, you may be able to claim compensation through your travel insurance provider.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions.

Behavior & Conduct

  • Customers must not engage in behavior that causes distress, injury, or damage to property.
  • Any individual violating this condition may be evicted from accommodation without any refund or compensation.

Brochure & Website Information

  • We aim to provide accurate details about accommodations, itineraries, and facilities. However, modifications due to local conditions, licensing laws, or maintenance issues may occur.
  • Room sizes and amenities may vary, particularly during peak pilgrimage periods.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a customer cancels their pilgrimage, they must notify Times Travel Ltd. or the travel agent in writing.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Complaints & Issues During Pilgrimage

  • If an issue arises during your pilgrimage that is within our control, you must report it immediately to our representative.
  • If the problem cannot be resolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 14 days after returning from the pilgrimage.
  • We will not accept liability for complaints submitted beyond this period.

Walking Distances & Physical Requirements

  • Walking distances stated in our materials are approximate and may vary.
  • Elderly or less mobile pilgrims should check distances on Google Maps before booking.

Financial Protection (ATOL Protection No. 74904)

  • Your flights and flight-inclusive packages are protected under the ATOL scheme.
  • If Times Travel Ltd. or any listed supplier is unable to provide the booked services due to insolvency, the ATOL protection ensures an alternative booking or a refund.
  • By booking with us, you agree that in case of ATOL intervention, you assign your claim rights to ATOL Trustees, who may reassign them to another body covering the claim.

Liability & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for losses, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.
