Day 1: Journey from Leicester to Birmingham Airport (BHX)
Transportation to BHX:
By Car: Depart from Leicester and drive approximately 36 miles (58 kilometers) to Birmingham Airport (BHX). The journey takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour via the M69 and M6 motorways.
By Train: Alternatively, take a direct train from Leicester to Birmingham International station, conveniently located within the airport, with a travel time of around 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Flight Details: Board your Emirates flight from BHX to Jeddah, with a stopover in Dubai.
Arrival in Jeddah: Upon arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport, you will be met by your guide.
Transfer to Makkah: You will be transferred to Emaar Al Khalil hotel in Makkah, where you’ll check in and settle down.
Perform Umrah: After settling in, begin your sacred journey by performing Umrah at Masjid al-Haram, completing the essential rituals.
Evening at Leisure: Spend the evening relaxing at the hotel or exploring nearby areas around the holy mosque.
Day 2: Spiritual Day in Makkah
Morning: After breakfast at Emaar Al Khalil, devote your morning to personal worship at Masjid al-Haram.
Afternoon: Enjoy some free time to explore the spiritual ambiance of the holy city or rest at the hotel.
Evening: Engage in the evening prayers at Masjid al-Haram or relax at the hotel.
Day 3: Ziyarat in Makkah
Morning: Embark on a Ziyarat tour of significant Islamic sites in Makkah, including:
The Cave of Hira on Jabal al-Nour
The plains of Arafat
The historical site of Mina
Jabal al-Thawr
Afternoon: Return to Emaar Al Khalil for lunch and spend your afternoon at leisure.
Evening: Reflect on the day’s visits and spend the evening in quiet worship or relaxation.
Day 4-5: Days of Worship in Makkah
Full Days: Dedicate these days to deepening your connection through worship at Masjid al-Haram or undertaking additional Umrah. The proximity of Emaar Al Khalil to the mosque allows for convenient visits at all hours.
Evening: Spend the evenings either in prayer or exploring the nearby souks for a cultural experience.
Day 6: Journey to Madinah
Morning: After breakfast, check out of Emaar Al Khalil and prepare for your transfer to Madinah.
Transfer to Madinah: Travel by coach through the scenic desert to Madinah, a journey that offers time for reflection.
Hotel Check-In: Upon arrival, check into Emaar Taiba, located close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
Evening: Visit the Prophet’s Mosque for evening prayers, and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings.
Day 7: Ziyarat in Madinah
Morning: After Fajr, embark on a Ziyarat tour in Madinah, visiting:
Masjid Quba, the first mosque built by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
Masjid al-Qiblatayn, where the direction of prayer was changed to Makkah
Mount Uhud, site of the famous battle
The sacred cemetery of Jannat al-Baqi
Afternoon: Return to Emaar Taiba for lunch and a restful afternoon.
Evening: Spend your final evening in Madinah in prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque or relaxing at your hotel.
Day 8: Departure from Madinah and Return to Leicester
Check-Out and Transfer: After breakfast, check out from Emaar Taiba and transfer by coach to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
Return Flight: Fly back to Birmingham on your Emirates flight, with a stopover in Dubai.
Arrival in Birmingham: Arrive at Birmingham Airport (BHX) and return to Leicester, completing your spiritually enriching Umrah journey.
